Landlords and managers of rental units have agreed that the following would be considered to fall under this issue.
A minimum matting of the carpet – It is understandable that this may happen because of constant traffic in side the house.
Few nail holes – It is allowed to hang few things to decorate the rooms but not as much as if the area was riddled with bullet.
Fading of the paint – It is expected of the landlord to repaint the unit at minimal intervals of two to three years. But if damage to the painting happens in the first year of lease it would be the tenant’s responsibility to repaint.
