To you rent or buy ? The answer depends on your personal circumstances. Are you planning to live in a specific area for a short period of time? Are you financially capable to buy a home? Would you rather invest your money in a different type of investment? Do you enjoy the comfort of being able to move in a snap rather than having to go through the long process of home sale?
One of the disadvantages of renting a home is that you don’t have the total control to do changes or improvements on your home. If you have your own home, you can do anything you want to do. Another thing, renters don’t benefit if ever there is an increase in the property’s value.
